Returns & Exchanges

Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner and all original tags attached. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale.

Free returns option. If you added Free Returns + Exchange Protection ($1.98) at checkout, your return label is free and you can choose store credit or an exchange. Without it, return shipping on refunds is your responsibility.

The Fit Promise. Not the right fit? Start an exchange in our returns portal within 30 days of delivery and we'll cover the return label, with or without Free Returns + Exchange Protection. Refunds still follow the policy above.

How to start a return. Visit our returns portal: https://lokalflorida.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal. Items sent back without starting a return can't be accepted.

In-store and market purchases must be returned to our Belleair Bluffs storefront within 30 days with your receipt or order number. We can't process returns at markets.

Defects or wrong items. Contact us before wearing, washing, or removing tags, and we'll make it right.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
